DELIVERY TIME

Most Domestic Car Lab Online shipments arrive in 2–5 business days depending on the chosen delivery method. Orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday through Friday (except US holidays) are processed that day and orders placed after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $X within [area of coverage if any].

International Shipping

We aim to provide high-quality car parts to individuals at every corner of the world. 

However at this time, we do not ship to [list of countries].

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.CarLab is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If your order is shipped via UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email for your package once it has shipped out. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including pick-up time, when your package was scanned into a UPS distribution center, and after it arrives, who signed for the package.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax in all the states required by law.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do not ship to PO Boxes. You will need to provide a physical shipping address.


I Am Missing Hardware. Can You Send Me The Missing Piece?

We do not offer hardware or have the ability to send missing pieces. If you are missing hardware from a part (e.g., missing gaskets, clamps, bolts, screws, etc) you can either return the entire part or purchase the hardware locally. If you are missing a crucial part of a kit, the entire kit must be returned. We cannot break up another kit to replace missing items.
